随着人们生活水平的提高，对居住环境提出了更高的要求，更倾向木质自然陈设及装饰效果。但木质类的材料质量重、没有大块的材料且防火耐腐蚀性能差、成本高，因此利用率比较受限制。因此现在具有木纹纹路的金属装饰板备受欢迎，但现有的木纹金属装饰板板面光滑虽有木纹的外观但不具有木纹的触感。现有的工艺加工出的4D木纹板板材，使用寿命长，颜色样式较多，通过腐蚀铝材后产生很明显的质感，达到装饰的效果。

木纹转印就是在金属材质上进行静电粉末喷涂后，在有涂层的材质上通过真空木纹转印设备，在高温、高压下，转印膜上的油墨热升华，渗透到涂层中的一个转化过程。
具有抗腐蚀、抗冲击、耐老化、耐磨、防火、在户外使用保持15年不变色等性能。

Wood grain transfer printing is a conversion process of sublimation ink in the transfer printing film infiltrating the coating by high temperature and high pressure through vacuum wood grain transfer printing facility in the coating material after powder coating in the metal material.
Product performance: corrosion resistance, impact resistance, ageing resistance, wear resistance , fire prevention and can keep 15 years non-discoloring outdoors.

实木复合板是通过实木木皮粘合到金属基板上的一种木纹板。防火等级没有转印的高。
（在制作过程中，板面应该冲孔，画图时要注明色差，标注木纹方向）
备注：户外产品不能贴木皮

Solid composite panel is a kind of wooden grain panel adhesive in the metal base panel by solid wood veneer. Fire Protection class is not higher than transfer printing.
(In the process procedure, the panel should be perforated and color difference and wood grain direction should be marked in the drawing).
Remark: Outdoor products can be adhesive wood veneer.

可以是任意木纹色、中国山水画、油画等。

pre-coated or post-coated with printer devices. It can be any wooden grain,
Chinese mountains-and-waters painting or oil painting, etc.
